I am writing you for cancellation of design layout and color combination ofthe book that is under publication with your esteemed publication.

I have got the sample of design for this particular book. After reveiwing the wholedesign according to the book this given design and color combination is not suited with each other. As that both book material and design layout are out of order. Color combinationand design layout is unable to reveal the actual meaning of book.

Q.1.’Communication is an interactive process’
Ans. Communication is surely an interactive process because it depends upon sender, receiver any communication channel that could send message and its feedback without any interruption. Communication interactive could be between person to person and person to computer. Communication between person to person is communication between people and on the other hand person to computer communication is way through which people communicate with media. So communication is exactly an interactive process that needs strongly sender and receiver with channel to exchange messages.
Q.2 Define and give an example of verbal, nonverbal and graphic communication?
Ans. Communication is divided into three main forms: 1. Verbal communication 2. Non-verbal communication 3. Graphic communication1. verbal communication is a act of expressing yours thoughts through words. it is a skill in spoken , written. It can take the form of spoken words between two or more people. or it can be in form of written words.verbal communication requires language. e.g. Letters , faxes ,Telephone , E-mails .
2. Non-verbal Communication is sent by anymeans other than words and graphics Such communication is related with human senses. This kind of communication involves motion , colour, shape etc. It includes facial expressions and body movements etc.
3. Graphic communication repesents ideas and connections visually. it is basically related with visual shapes , diagrams , lines etc. It is process to create , develop, produce pictorial images to convey information , ideas and feelings.This can be verbal and non-verbal both. Q.3. (a). Define term Sender and receiver? Ans. Communication needs different aspects and facts at different stages.Sender is a person in communication one who sends the information. communication begins with this individual. The sender encodes a message in form of words or signs.Receiver is a person who receive the information by sender. The receiver decode the information and understand the message however in words or signs.
(b) Define Message?
Ans. It is a idea or feeling that connect sender and receiver . this feeling is conveyed by sednder to receiver. Messages are used to transfer some valuable information from one person to another.
(c) Define feedback? Ans. Feedback is an essential part of effective communication. It is response of listener to speaker. It is a process giving output to particular input. Both sender and receiver need feedback.
Q. 4. (a) Define perception?
Ans. perception has a significant influence on communication. Perception is the process of attainig awareness , understanding of sensory information. As we know that way of sender's message is different from receiver that how he receive it. perception is a way of understanding of message by both sender and receiver. It is therepresentation of what is perceived.
(b) Four factors that may influence the perception?
Ans. There are different factors that effect perception of sender and receiver.These are Self conceptFamilyCultureSkillsFeelings etc.

Ans. Communication can occur via different processes.
1.Verbal communication 2. Non-verbal communication 3. Formal communication 4. Informal communication

Good morning Ghazi and all friends. My name is Amandeep kaur and iam student ofGraphic pre press. one of this subject is communication and computer skills.it actually teach us about communication process , its types ,barriers and alsothe way to communicate in society , processing business and day to day life.there are different communication modes , as direct communication and indirect with the help of communication channels. one of these is interview that is used as direct communication channel. i have used this channel for communicastion aswith two of my friends Yaqub Ali khan and Lakhwinder kaur. I have taken their interview separately just for communication process some days ago. This was really a nice experience for me because i have learnt a lot of things from two of my friends at the time of interview. here iam going to introduce these two of my friends.
My first interview was with Yqub ali khan he is also student of graphic pre press in cambridge international college melbourne. he is from chandigarh india. he belongs to a pathan family from india. his educational qualification is B.Tech. he is a smart student of his class. he is always active.he has good knowledge of computer. he is a nice person too.he always be ready to help other class mates his english knowledge and way of communication is not just good even best.he is also doing job with study.he has good experience in marketing in india of two and half yrs.he has worked with different companies in india. now in melbourne he is also continuing his job . he has provided training 20 people in field of marketing. during interview he reveals his hobbyof reading books. he has keen interest in novel books in english literature. he reads different writers novel books. in his life he love to face challenges.he said life is nothing without challenges. the most impressive point of his life is that he is good at so manylanguages as english , Arabic,urdu,punjabi and hindi.he is really a nice personality. My second interview was with Lakhwinder kaur. she is from punjab india. she is also student of cambridgeinternational college. she is studying graphic pre press.her education qualification is 12th standard. she is good at english ,punjabi and hindi languages. she is a nice personality. i would liketo give her personal comment as she is beautiful externally so she is also beautiful internally.she is very good in boutique work. she has creativity with fabrics.she is a good artist. she get always ready to help others.she is soft spoken. lakhwinder is little bit of shy nature. she is very cute and nice girl.
During communication i also observed both yaqub ali and lakhwinder talking to each other. yaqub ali is really full of confidence.his way of talking is really impressive.he is always keen to learn somthing till then he is not able to understand anything he goes on repetition.his choice of words is good at time of communication. his timing and attention is very well.his way of sending message is no doubt good.his presentation and feedback is always to the point.
Another friend lakhwinder has good toning with language. she understands situation easily. she is fully attentive at communication time. only here little bit shy nature weaknes her at some points. but she always try to do the best. her way of courtesy is marvellous.her way of sending message is really effective. she is too very nice personality. My experience with these two personalities was very good. i got personally some valuable things from both of my friends. Thank you .
